As an Organization here at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, BMLA not only strives to be be of service to African American male students, but we strive to develop leaders amongst our peers and in our generation. Assisting others in our community, guiding early aged young men and always holding an image of a leader in and out of the organizations activities are all key to being a member of The Black Male Leadership Association.

Sponsorship
BMLA has a growing sponsorship program, which includes incentives in exchange for financial sponsorship of our organization. If you or your company is interested in becoming an official sponsor of BMLA, please contact our Sponsorship Chairperson, Kenton Jackson.

Non-Monetary Donations
BMLA also accepts non-monetary donations, including (but not limited to) catering, donations for travel/lodging for conferences, and more. If you would like to provide a non-monetary donation or service donation, please contact our Sponsorship Chairperson. -
Mentorship and Professional Services
BMLA seeks to provide ​its members with professional development, mentorship, and leadership training. If you or your company would like to provide any mentorship or professional services such as hosting a professional development session, partaking in our Membership Development Day, or others, please contact our Membership Development Chair, Adam Eugene, at ale8808@louisiana.edu.
