Who We Are
The Black Male Leadership Association (BMLA) is a student-ran non-profit organization at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Our mission as an organization is to continue to grow within our community and inspire young African- American males to be leaders, and to expand the organization networks and resources for our foundation to continue to grow and continue to inspire black males in other areas.
